This is my favorite time of the year. Who’s with me? The weather begins to cool without chilling my fingertips. Bonfires waif through the air. It’s time to grab your favorite cozy blanket and curl up with a good book and some hot tea. Warm apple pies bake in the oven. The leaves begin to paint the scenery in majestic hues. On the really cool days the fireplace can be lit and fill the breezes with that glorious woodsy scent. These are the smells I love — EARTH smells.
I’m not going to lie…occasionally I still love to light one of those chemical-laden artificial fragrant candles, or wax melts, but it’s seldom.
A few years ago in steps essential oils to fill my home anytime of the year with FALL scents, and guess what — they are REAL scents. From the earth. From nature. From God. Not some laboratory labor to make an item smell artificially great. AND…instead of putting toxins in my body, they are helping to nourish my body in goodness. Did you know that several of the oils that remind me of Fall actually help support the immune system? Not to mention are calorie free, can help reduce the holiday stress, help purify the home, help with focus, give an energy boost, and…well… I could on but will refrain.
So, I thought I would share a few of my favorite blends in case you would like to try them out and fill YOUR home with all of the goodness as we step into Autumn.
